There used to be a Chinese cafe in Eugene that sold Mung bean cakes. They are really more like a light pastry turnover
with a sweet bean paste inside. They are great take-it-with-you snacks. I recently saw tubes of organic pumpkin paste and
carrot&apple paste, perfect for those pastries. So I searched all dang day online for the pastry dough recipe but I'm just not
finding it. Do you have a recipe for this kind of dough? Will you share it with me?
