We strive to deliver orders in minutes. However, delivery times may vary based on factors such as weather conditions, traffic, order volume, and delivery location. Zooperz is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
We are committed to delivering fresh and quality products. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery through our App or customer support.
Zooperz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or services.
